Wes Ward - Owner
Wes is the proud owner of Wes Ward Auto Repair. Wes began his career in 1981 in St. Johnsbury. The business moved to Danville for a short period, but took advantage of the opportunity to relocate to the current location in 1999.
Wes is a graduate of Lyndon State College where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Wes is an A.S.E. Certified Master Technician and applies his knowledge of business and technology to the everyday operations of Wes Ward Auto Repair.
Paula Brown - Service Writer
Paula Brown joined Wes Ward Auto Repair in 2004. Paula has 11 years experience in customer service and is a graduate of NHCTC with an Associates Degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Business Management. Paula specializes in customer service and encourages customers to contact her with their concerns.
Doug Willson - Alignment Technician
Doug Willson began his automotive career in 1973. Doug is an A.S.E. certified technician and earned many certificates of distinction in the GM automotive training program. Doug joined Wes Ward Auto Repair in 1999 as an Alignment Technician. Wes Ward Auto Repair is proud to employ an Alignment Technician who is aptly known as “the best Alignment Specialist in the area.”
Justin Lewis - Technician
Justin Lewis joined Wes Ward Auto Repair in 1999. Justin is an A.S.E. Certified Master Technician with experience in transmission and radiator repair as well as Chrysler dealer training. Justin specializes in drivability concerns, electrical repair and air conditioning systems.
Janet Lumbra - Marketing Specialist
Janet Lumbra joined Wes Ward Auto Repair in 1999. Janet has more than 30 years of business experience that includes human resources, marketing, advertising, communications, teaching and business development. Janet coordinates marketing efforts that include radio and print advertising, direct mail, as well as mailer and brochure design.
Jamie Ball - Truck Specialist
Jamie is part of the truck maintenance shop where they repair everything from big rig Mack Trucks and tour busses, to dump trucks and school busses.
Rod Lumbra - Manager of Wes Ward Equipment Service
Rod has been working with Wes since the early 90s. Rod is the manager of Westward Equipment Service, a division of Express Fleet Service Inc. Westward Equipment installs and maintains automotive repair equipment and also provides building maintenance services.
Randy Houghton - Transmission Specialist
Randy started with Wes in 1999 at Advanced Transmission in Barre. Randy is a gifted transmission specialist with many years of experience. We are thrilled to have him working at our shop here in Saint Johnsbury.
